Lamb for Ethnic/Religious Holidays
If you need lamb for Easter, Christmas, Passover, Ramadan, or some other major holiday, please plan ahead. Our sheep are blessed each year and are raised in a manner that is consistent with most religions and beliefs. Buyers may pick up lambs to have them slaughtered at a custom or USDA processing plant.
We cannot do slaughtering on our farm. Also, please note that the demand for lamb is high, and you need to plan a few weeks in advance. You can book up to a year in advance.
For our best prices, order a half or whole lamb. Each half of lamb includes 20 pounds of meat which includes a rack, loin chops, a leg, stew meat (shoulders), shanks, and ground lamb. We can also process and cut it to your specifications.
