Duck

Our free range Rouen Duck has a rich flavor that makes a delicious and nutritious alternative to other meats. Duck fat has similar health benefits to olive oil and other unsaturated fats and is rendered out in cooking, creating a tasty and healthy dinner. They are raised on a natural diet with no antibiotics. Ducklings come fully processed and frozen for freshness with a giblet pack. The net weight is about 5-6 pounds.
