Our lamb is grass fed, rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin E and beta-carotene, and lower in fat than grain-fed meat. It is free of added hormones and antibiotics, with no additives, trimmed of excess fat and bone by hand, and is fresh from the butcher, flash-frozen for freshness. It is tender, juicy, nutrient-rich meat. Prices are based on the market.
